SHRINE SIZING?

Shrines are either available in Small, Medium & Large sizes or if sizes are not stated in item description they are one size fits all.

Please get in touch with me at info@somewhereandco.com for specific sizing. 

You can measure your wrist a soft tape measure or a piece of string and then lay on a ruler.

Our Shrines are all handmade and as such vary slightly making each one unique to the individual.

You can work out your measurement by wrapping tape measure around your wrist. Make sure to wrap the measuring tape around your wrist while maintaining contact with your skin all the way around.

WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE ?

All of our sized pieces are handmade to order, therefore we do charge for this service. Resizing is $16 per bracelet plus our return shipping of $10 (in Australia) Please email us to start this process.

WHERE DO YOUR  HOME ITEMS COME FROM?

We travel the globe to bring you a curated selection of the most unique homewares. We aim to source all our items from local artisans and suppliers because we believe this means they are authentic to the region.

 

WHY DOES MY ITEM HAVE A SLIGHT IMPERFECTION?

Because the items we source are handmade, some of them may have small imperfections - but we believe this is what makes each item uniquely beautiful and authentic. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ITEM?

We are tying to be as carbon neutral as possible and as such we try to ask each of our local suppliers or local artisans  to ship directly to you. This helps support their local industry better by creating and keeping local jobs in action as well as maintaining a low carbon footprint. As the shipping is done by each local source sometimes our shipping times are a little longer. We hope you can understand and thank you for helping us support many local communities.  

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Somewhere & Co. will exchange items provided the goods are unused, have not been washed and are still in original packaging.

Exchanges will only be offered if items are received back within 14 days of the customer originally receiving their order. We advise to send your parcel by a trackable method as we do not take responsibility for lost items.

To complete a return, the customer must contact us via email: to notify us they wish to exchange their order.

Our team will then email through instructions on how to complete your return.

All return shipping is done at the customer’s own expense, please also keep in mind that the original shipping charges are not refundable.
